How long does the risk-free trial last? What happens at the end?

If you sign up for a Halloo service plan, you have thirty days to evaluate the system. If you are not completely satisfied, you may contact Halloo by e-mail to cancel your account. If you cancel within thirty days, your payment for the first term of service will be refunded in full, provided that you have used less than 30 minutes of call time. See the 30 Day No Risk Trial section of our Terms of Service for more information.

Note that there is only one Risk-Free Trial per customer and that Halloo may discontinue this program at any time.
