Does the Halloo service require any special software to use?

Most features of the service require nothing more than a standard Web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator), on the platform of your choice (Windows, Macintosh, Unix).

To play voice messages on your computer, you will need a media plugin for your browser, or a standalone media player. Windows Media Player and Apple QuickTime Player are examples of compatible media players.

In addition, it is helpful to have a compatible instant messaging client to enable you to forward incoming calls on the fly. See the Support section entitled IM Notification for additional information on compatible versions of instant messaging client setup.
