Does the Halloo service require any special software to use?

Most features of the service require nothing more than a standard Web browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Netscape Navigator), on the platform of your choice (Windows, Macintosh, Unix).

To play voice messages on your computer, you will need the Adobe Flash plugin for your browser.

When you forward your messages via email, the Apple QuickTime player is recommended for playback of the .au type audio file.

In addition, it is helpful to have a compatible instant messaging client to enable you to forward incoming calls on the fly. See the Support section entitled IM Notification for additional information on compatible versions of instant messaging client setup.
