I have just signed up with a Halloo service plan, but have not received any confirmation email. How long should I wait?
Halloo will send you an order confirmation as soon as you complete the online signup
form. If you do not receive an order confirmation within a couple of hours after
completing the online sign up, please call or email Halloo Customer Care.
If you do not receive your Welcome Email containing
your assigned phone number within 24 hours, please contact Halloo Customer
Care by phone. There may be a problem sending email to your account.
