I have forgotten my log-in PIN. How do I set a new one?

To retrieve your PIN:

1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your AccountID and username, or the email address used to create your account.
3. Your existing PIN will be e-mailed to you at the e-mail address registered for your account.

Once you regain control of your account, set a new PIN:

1. Log into My Halloo.
2. Select the User Settings tab on the left hand navigation bar.
3. Select the General sub tab.
4. Enter a new personal information number
5. Click the [Save Changes] button.
