How can I view my monthly billing statement on line? What information does it contain?

After you log in to your account, click on “Recent Invoices”. There, you can view your recent billing statements for previous months. If you want to see current activity for the current month, click on “Summary” (in the left navigation bar) and then click on “More ....” to enter your account configuration page. You can see your call detail record for the current month there. If you log in as someone other than the account administrator, you will only see calls made to or from your extension.
