Transfer callers to a third party using My Halloo. Calls made to your Halloo number can be transfered to other user extensions (Office and Business VoIP plans only) or outside numbers.

You can perform blind transfers and direct callers automatically, or consultative transfers to announce a caller and introduce your third party. You can even consult with a third party in private, and return to the original caller when finished.
