Use Your Company Caller-ID for Outbound Calls

You control your outbound caller-id when you dial with the Call Control Panel. Great for work at home agents who do not want to use their home telephone number for outbound calls.

Convenient Address Book Dialing

Use the Halloo Address Book to manage hundreds, even thousands of contacts. Simply click on your contact’s telephone number to setup the call.
