You’ll be able to see your call history and comment or call back with a single touch on your mobile phone. In addition, you’ll have access to each caller’s timeline and customer contact information. This will make it simple to add notes about the call for yourself or your team to access again at a later time. You’ll also be able to update your outgoing voicemail messages, forwarding location, and hunt group participation via the personal settings tab on the mobile app.
