The Halloo activity feed brings all of your recent conversations together in one place so that you can be more productive in your daily communications. Take notes on conversations, monitor activity for related calls, and comment on actions or follow-ups that may be required.
With the call recording feature, a play button will also be displayed. Users can review the audio of the call whenever needed.
The timeline will let you know who called and how the call was routed (by extension or group). You can also see missed calls and a play button for voicemail messages. If a call was routed through a hunt group, the timeline will display the call details, including notes, to everyone in the group. Administrators can also use the timeline to share messages, such as daily sales goals or reminders, with the entire team.
