Halloo Spam Policy

What is Spam?

“Spam” is unwanted email, sent to people with whom you have no relationship or to people who have not specifically requested such communication. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are also prohibited by this policy. Junk email is a serious problem, and Halloo has zero tolerance for it.

Halloo Communications Does Not Condone Spam

Please do not send spam on behalf of Halloo. Complaints regarding spam will be dealt with seriously, and may result in the loss of referral credits, or even the cancellation of your account without refund. Halloo Communications will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this policy.

Report Spam to Halloo

If you have received unsolicited email concerning Halloo Communications and its services, please forward the offending message, including all mail headers, to [email protected]. Include a note letting us know that the message is spam, and that you did not specifically request to receive the information from the sender.

Upon receipt of a spam complaint, Halloo will remove your email address from our own sales-related communications list, and follow up with the offending sender for further disciplinary action.
