Changing your plan is easy with our friendly Halloo support staff!
- Sign in to your account on the My Halloo website.
- Select the My Account link, and click the [Change Plan] button under the Service Plan section in the middle of the page.
- Follow the instructions to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Note: We may need to contact you in order to ensure that your system continues working the way you expect through the transition. Please make sure to check your email for a message from our support team!
You may also request a plan change by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us. Make sure to have your account information ready, including your administrator and billing email addresses.
You may change plans at any time during your billing cycle. You will receive a pro-rated credit for the unused portion of your existing plan for the current month and a pro-rated charge for the new plan. Annual plans will not receive any refund of charges but can use a credit balance towards future charges.
