How do I download a voice message to my PC?

To download a voice message, sign-in to the My Halloo website and navigate to the Messages tab of your extension.

Right click on the Received timestamp link for the message you wish to download, and select “Save Target As...“ from the menu.

This will download and save the message as an audio file on your computer. You can send that file as an email attachment to your friends and colleagues.
