Yes! Current Halloo customers can request a specific toll free number for their Halloo service. If you have a very specific number in mind, we suggest you first dial the number to make sure it is not currently in use.
We recommend taking a Risk-Free Trial of our services to see if Halloo plans fit your business needs. Refer to the Support section entitled Billing and Fees for more information on our Risk-Free Trial. Due to FCC regulations, Halloo is unable to reserve vanity numbers for non-customers.
To submit your request, email Halloo Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure you include the following information:
Halloo will contact you as soon as our carriers respond to this request (usually within 3-5 business days). If one of your choices is available, our carriers will reserve that number and initiate the transfer of that number to the Halloo Global Network. This process may take up to 15 business days.
We will send you a confirmation of the vanity number acquisition once we test and activate the number. Your account will then be charged the one-time provisioning fee of $30. If we are unable to acquire at least one of your requested vanity numbers, we will notify you and your account will not be charged.
