How to Enable Live Call Answering

Now you can route your calls to the Halloo Receptionist as an alternative to voice mail. This live call answering service reduces hang ups and missed messages by directing your calls to our call center agents who will answer your calls 24x7 accurately and efficiently. Go to the Voicemail tab of the User Settings page in My Halloo to get started.

Under the Voicemail Options heading, find the Halloo Receptionist option. If you do not see this option, please check with your account administator or with Halloo Support to ensure that live call answering is enabled for your account. Check, “Answer my calls when I can't pick up” and click Save Changes to enable.

Calls are first sent to your preferred Home, Office, or Mobile line, and if you do not pick up, they are routed to a Halloo Receptionist who will answer the call on your behalf to take a message.

Ensure that your email address is set correctly under the General tab to ensure that you receive notification of new messages. You can also find a record of your calls under the Messages page, just below your voice mail recordings.
