Agent Script SetupTo ensure that your calls are answered professionally and efficiently, click on the
Receptionist tab to customize how your calls are handled by the Halloo Receptionist.
Our agents will answer your calls according to the instructions given here.
First, enter a phrase with the exact words that you would like our agent to use when answering your calls. For example, Thank you for calling BusyBiz. Alice’s office. In addition, our agent will always add: This is <agent-name>, may I help you? just so there is no confusion that you are not there!Our agent will always ask the caller for their name. You may also ask for their call back number, email address, and/or additional information. If you would like our agent to ask for a few more specific items, please list them in the Other: box. Please be concise and write the exact words that you would like our agents to use to ask for that information. This will ensure that you get precisely the information that you require. Finally, please take a moment to think about the most likely information that your callers might ask about. For example, your website and email addresses, your fax number, hours of business, your vacation status, etc. Indicate how promptly you typically return calls. This information will be present on our agent’s screen when he or she answers and can help with the illusion that your calls are being handled by your own employees. Be sure to click Save Changes when you are done. |
