How do I upload an audio greeting?

To upload an audio file to be used as your personal greeting:

1. Go to My Halloo → User Settings → Voicemail.
2. Click on the [Browse…] button under the “Outgoing Message” section.
3. Search your hard drive or other accessible media for the file that contains the audio you would like to upload.
4. Click on the [Upload] button.

For Office Plan customers only:

To upload an audio file to be used in a Menu Greeting (e.g., in your Auto Attendant):

1. Go to All Extensions → Main.
2. Click on the name of the Auto Attendant Menu to which you would like to associate the recording.
3. Under the name of the Menu, click on [Upload Audio].
4. Click [Browse] to navigate to the audio file you would like to upload.
5. Click on the [Upload] button.

You will be able to see the length of the audio message as well as the date and time the file was uploaded once you have uploaded it.
