Optional ServicesIn addition to the Optional Services available with all Halloo Plans, we offer the following Optional Services that are specific to FlexCall Center Plans.
Additional AgentsIf you need additional agents in addition to the three agents included in the base package, you can add Additional Agent Seats for $19.95 per month. An agent can be eligible to participate in one or several queues Additional SupervisorsIf you need additional supervisors in addition to the one included in the base package, you can add Additional Supervisor Seats for $24.95 per month. A supervisor is eligible to participate in one or several queues Additional QueuesIf you need additional queues over the first two included in the base plan, then you can add then at any time under the all extensions tab of your login. There is no monthly fee for the additional queues, but audio files stores count towards your audio storage. |
