you can receive “popup” Caller-ID notifications for incoming calls to your Halloo
number. You will be able to see the phone number of the caller,
and have the option to route the call directly to the next agent or your voicemail box.
With IM Notification, you get real-time notification of calls to your
Halloo number. As long as you have Internet connectivity, you will be able to
monitor your calls, and take appropriate action. Your callers never know if they
have been re-routed, or that you have chosen to send them straight to voicemail.
IM Notification gives you the flexibility to take calls when it’s convenient for you.
