For Everyday: My Halloo Web

New Features for http://my.halloo.com

Make Outbound Calls via Halloo
If you’ve recently logged into MyHalloo.com, you will find a new console section at the top of the page. This is your user extension dashboard. Here, you can now manage the following settings:

• Set your call forwarding location
• Place outbound calls (using your Halloo plan!)
• Change the caller ID display when you place outbound calls

Now you can manage your individual preferences in one centralized console!

New Contact Management Interface
Quit trying to consolidate multiple phone and address books only to become dependent on one hand held device. Use your Halloo Contacts tab located at MyHalloo.com! You can manually enter contacts, or directly improt them from external programs such as Outlook, Gmail and others via .csv (comma separated values) file.
Click the (?) icon in the top–right corner of the My Halloo Contacts page for detailed instructions.

Easier Scheduling
Individual extensions used to offer scheduled forwarding for all weekdays or weekends. Now, each user extension can choose which day(s) of the week to follow established forwarding schedules!

For Everyone: Halloo Community Forums

Halloo Community Gives Users Answers, Ideas

Halloo launched its community forums section to the main website last week. Anyone may view the posts to get ideas and answers — but you have to sign into your Halloo Web in order to post.

The forum is being updated with new information and business ideas for you constantly. Check it out — you may find the answer to a question you’ve had for a while. Or, you may be able to help some of our newer users grow their businesses with your expertise of Halloo features!

In addition to the forums, the community page includes Newsletter archives AND conference learning opportunities. These open conference call sessions require advance registration, so check them out now!

halloo.mobi Offers Anywhere Access to MyHalloo Web

Halloo has also launched halloo.mobi! Use the web browser from your mobile telephone to access your Halloo voicemail, call forwarding preferences and manage your contacts.
