need help forwarding to extension 6's voicemail

I can't seem to get to extension 6's voicemail greeting any way other than through a hunt group. I tried adding an option '99' to go directly there and it won't go when I call in.

The reason that '99' doesn't work in your auto attendant greeting is because the 'Jump to Extension Directory' option '9' is a shorter match which will always trump the longer '99' string. In other words, as soon as you press the first '9', the system will jump to the dial by extension directory, which is hard coded to '9'.

So, you must delete the '99' rule and change it to some other value, for example, '0' or '8'.
