Why is my card being charged more than once/month?
If you notice more than 1 charge each month to your credit card for Halloo services, you are probably using more minutes than what is included with your current plan. That means 2 things:
1)Your business is growing, congratulations!
2)You may save money and convenience by upgrading to the next bundle of prepaid plan minutes. Check the Halloo website or contact Halloo Sales for the latest pricing information:

I tried to give a new card online but the website won't let me.
The website usually gives this error to you because of the following:
1) This card has been used previously for Halloo services.
If you selected New, try selecting Updated and resubmit.
2) Some data you have entered is invalid.
Check the order of numbers you entered for the cc, sec code, and format for billing address. Make sure all fields are completed.

Payment and Billing FAQ Update

Postby jennifer+halloo on Sat Aug 20, 2011 10:47 pm

Why is my card being charged more than once/year for the annual prepaid plan?
If you notice a charge to your credit card for Halloo services sooner than a year from signup, you are probably using more minutes than what is included with your current plan. The charge will be your current balance plus an additional 11 months of plan charges (MRC) and should cover you for another year if you do not have any out-of-plan charges.
That you ran out of credit means 2 things:
1)Your business is growing, congratulations!
2)You may save money and convenience by upgrading to the next bundle of prepaid plan minutes. Check the Halloo website or contact Halloo Sales for the latest pricing information:
