Hi,

I am trying to arrange my menus on my auto attendant and every time I try to
delete an existing menu item it tells me it is unable to delete because menu
is in use?

What do I do?

Chris,
Great question.

'Menu in use' means that there is one or more timeouts or keypress event(s) that direct to that menu. You will have to remove the events that direct to a menu before you can delete that menu. This is to avoid invalid links.

Note that the Keypress event to Jump to: Dial by Extension Directory cannot be deleted.
