MLS lookup

Postby mary+Chico-RE on Wed Oct 10, 2007 5:09 pm

I want to use the MLS lookup and the address lookup that I saw on your website and I can't figure it out. Is this something I can set up for myself? I looked all over the auto attendant and I just don't see it. Thanks in advance!

MLS lookup is thru a menu. First you add all the properties as extensions. Let's say you have a property owned by Bob Brown with MLS # 998877. You make an extension with the username of BBrown.

Then you make a menu for MLS Directory (you only have to do that once). In this menu, you make a keypress for 998877 that transfers to the BBrown extension. If you have put a phone number in, then Bob Brown can answer. If not, he will get an email so he can call someone back (so don't forget to put a phone number and email address in when you make the extension!).

Don't forget to have a keypress in your main greeting to jump to the MLS Directory menu!

Just remember when you get a new property, add a new extension for it. (You can delete extensions after the property sells - don't forget that, either!)

So here is how it goes - buyer calls your toll free number. Listens to your Greeting message and presses some key to get to the MLS Directory. Then the caller enters 998877 and the call transfers to BBrown. ;)
