Direct To Voicemail Outgoing Message?

I would like to set up my attendant with an event(keypress) that transfers the caller to an extension that goes directly to the outgoing message for that extensions voicemail with ZERO rings BUT the smallest option under user settings for that extension is 2 rings - is there a way to set this to zero rings or otherwise send the caller right to the voicemail outgoing message?
