Web-based Application Sets New Industry Standard For Call Center Solutions

Li formally announced the launch of FlexCall ManagerTM, a new 100% Web-based Hosted Call Center service, during the opening sessions of the Annual Call Center Exhibition (ACCE) here late yesterday.
